In the infinite measures of time and space,
there exists a thing called love.
But when all fails, man must cease to exist,
so I return to the foothills of Scotland.
And I remember how, I turned my back on God.
So, now, I must cease to exist and return
to the foothills of Scotland.

I must die

I've seen the moon rise on too many midnights.
Too many times, I have traveled to the stars.
I've traveled the foothills, that lead into Scotland.
And found that, that's the way things are.

I must die.

I've captured all the glory and riches,
this earth could give.
And above all else, I can see,
I must cease to live.
I know not how much, of the long tempered fire,
I can stand.
But for now, I must return to the foothills of Scotland.

I must die.

I've breathed in the dry ice from the three
rings of Saturn.
And walked among the mountains, on the planet
with one eye.
I've traveled the foothills, that lead into Scotland.
And I think it is time for me to die.

I must die, don't need to be going.
I must die, don't know what I'm doing.
