Dwight D. Eisenhower, 34th president, 1953-1961,
and wife, Mamie. Ike was The Supreme Commander
of The Allied Forces in World War II. He beat Hitler
in Africa, Italy and Europe. After World War II he
became The First Supreme Commander of Nato.
He died of heart failure in 1969 at the age of 79.
Mamie followed 10 years later. They are interred
at Abeliene, Kansas at The Eisenhower
Library and Museum.
