|If Trump were my kid, I'd take 'im out behind the
wood shed and beat the stupid, arrogant, little
bastard with a Knotted Willow Branch. But since
he's not, I'd just, "Punch Him in the Face."

|Our President should be our Hero, not a Zero...
If ya wanna beat Trump in an election, ya need a
middle aged white male with a good sense of humor
and a fire in the belly to match...
Unfortunately, in most democracies and republics,
one party winds up being the "Good Guys" and one
party the "Bad Guys." Rarely do you have more than
one "Good Guy."
What happened to the republican party? How did
it go so wrong?
Almost immediately after the assassination of Abe
Lincoln, the newly formed republican party, jumped
ship on Lincoln's ideas and moved to the radical
right. Edwin M. Stanton, Secretary of War moved
quickly to impeach Lincoln's Vice President,
Andrew Johnson, Democrat. Stanton would have
been appointed acting president and more than
likely elected president in a special election, to be
held shortly thereafter. Johnson was not impeached.
There has been some conjecture that Stanton and
Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth, were jointed
at the hip by a third party, possibly a confederate
spy, working as a Union Officer at the time.
In 1869, Ulysses S. Grant (r) was
elected president and for two terms led the United
States and The GOP through one of the most
corrupt and bloodiest periods in American History.
It was said that bribes and money flowed through
The White House like wine. The republican party
never looked back.
Southern Democrats, old as the dickens and
ex-slavers in the old confederacy controlled
politics in The South for centuries. That is until
1964. Lyndon Baines Johnson, president and
Democrat, passed The Civil Rights Act. This
legislation, ended segregation in public places,
and banned employment discrimination on the
basis of race, color, religion, sex or national
origin. The Northern Democrats became The
Democratic Party and The Southern Democrats+,
under George Wallace, migrated to the republican
party in 1968. That's where we stand, today.
Mind you, this is way more complicated, than is
portrayed here, but I'm trying to keep it simple.
To say the republican party has "Good Bones,"
naw...not unless ya go back to The
Democratic-Republican Party formed by
Thomas Jefferson and James Madison around
1792. The Federalist Party of Alexander Hamilton
and George Washington is the closest thing to
The Democrats, today. It's about centralization
of the federal government.
